- Cancellation / No-Show: Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and failure to join a scheduled session (“no-shows”) will result in the forfeiture of that session. No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided.
- Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully toward your tutor. We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if you engage in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- Recording Prohibition: Students are strictly prohibited from recording tutoring sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or any third-party software without explicit written consent from us.
6. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
- Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. However, price changes will not affect already-purchased courses.
- Payment Security: We use third-party payment gateways to process payments. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.
- Refund Policy: All sales of digital courses and completed tutoring sessions are final.
